negative comments were meant for Laptop MD, not 1-hr computer support. If these guys are not criminals, then they are better than laptop MD.

Best service I've ever used!

I couldn't get my laptop to turn on. I called 1 hour support and they sent a messenger to pick up my laptop that same day. They fixed my laptop and delivered it back to me the following morning. It was great!...

Sony Vaio - easy repair

David was onsite on Sunday, charged us regular rates and fixed the problem in 15 minutes! He also added norton software and something for antypyware; after he left our Vaio is faster and no longer overheats....
